The Service helps you draft responses to customer reviews. You paste review text or upload a screenshot, choose a tone and length, and the Service uses artificial intelligence to generate a suggested reply that you can copy and post on your own review platform.

The Service is a drafting aid. It does not connect to Google, Yelp, Facebook, or any other review platform on your behalf, and it does not post anything for you.

Replies are generated automatically by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any reply before you publish it. Always check that a generated reply is accurate and appropriate for your business before posting.

The Service does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice, and a generated reply should never be treated as an admission of fault or liability on your part.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing;
• Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your relationship with one;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond ordinary personal use.

You keep all rights to the review text and images you submit. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content and you grant us permission to process it solely to generate a reply for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any review content you submit does not violate the rights or privacy of another person.

The Service is provided free of charge and on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated replies will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or reputation arising from your use of the Service or from any reply you choose to publish.

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, AI text generation, and email delivery. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of those providers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
