Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Review Reply Assistant collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Service is a free tool that helps you draft replies to customer reviews, and it does not require you to create an account.

Content you submit. Review text you paste, screenshots you upload, and the reply settings you choose (tone, length, business name, and signature). If you use the Feedback button, we also collect your feedback category and message.

Basic usage data. Aggregated, non-identifying information about how the Service is used, such as page visits and which features are used, so we can improve the tool.

We do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details, and we do not sell your information.

• To generate a suggested reply from the review content you provide;
• To read the text contained in a screenshot you upload;
• To receive and respond to feedback you send us;
• To keep the Service running, secure, and improving.

To create a reply, the review content you submit (text, or text extracted from an image) is sent to a third-party artificial intelligence provider for processing. That content is used to produce your generated reply and is handled under that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Because generated replies are produced by AI, please avoid submitting sensitive personal information about yourself, your customers, or anyone else.

Screenshots you upload are transferred to our storage provider and then processed to extract the review text. We do not use uploaded screenshots for any purpose other than generating the reply you requested.

We share information only with the providers that make the Service work: cloud hosting and file storage, artificial intelligence text generation and image reading, and email delivery for feedback messages. These providers process information on our behalf.

Review text, generated replies, and your reply settings are held in your browser session while you use the tool and are not saved to your account, because there is no account. Uploaded screenshots and feedback messages are retained only as long as needed to provide the Service and to review your feedback.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the Service. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You can use the Service without providing any personal details. Clearing your browser data removes your in-session inputs, and you may request deletion of feedback you have sent us by contacting us through the app.

Do not submit a review that contains another person's private information if you do not have permission to do so.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the revision.
